CONDITIONS OF BOARDING

1. All animals boarded or cared for by Home for the Paws are accepted on the following terms and conditions.
2. The owner specifically represents that he/she is the sole owner of the animal(s). free & clear of liens andencumbrances.
3. Home for the Paws reserve the right to refuse any animal and no reason need be given.
4. All animals must have either a current vaccination certificate Dogs C5:Cats F3 or show proof of immunity by way of titre test results.
5. If the animal(s) requires veterinary attention the owners shall be liable for all costs and out of pocket expenses. The selection of a veterinarian for treatment shall be at the discretion of Home for the Paws In the event of serious illness or accident where the owner cannot be contacted the veterinary surgeons decision relating to the treatment of the animal will be final.
6. Boarding rates are charged on a per calendar day basis irrespective of the time of admission or departure.
7. The owner agrees to pay all costs and charges incurred during & relating to the animal(s) stay at Home for the Paws  (including boarding fees, veterinary expenses, special services requested & any other charges incurred). These charges must be paid before the animal(s) leaves Home for the Paws .
8. Animals not collected within 14 days of the specified date of departure without notification to Home for the Paws  will be disposed of at our discretion. All monies owing, including fees and costs relating to the disposal, are payable by the owner immediately upon receipt of invoice from Home for the Paws 
9. Should the customer default in the payment of any monies due under this agreement then all monies due to Home for the Paws shall immediately become due & payable and shall be paid by the owner within seven (7) days of the date of demand. Home for the Paws shall be entitled to charge the appropriate daily boarding rate, in addition to the monies due on this agreement, on overdue accounts from the due date until the date of actual payment.
10. Any expenses, costs or disbursements incurred by Home for the Paws in recovering or attempting to recover any outstanding monies including Debt Collection Agency fees and Solicitors costs shall be paid by the owner, providing that those fees do not exceed the scale of charges as charged by that Debt Collection Agency/Solicitor and in any event the commission is not to exceed 18 per centum per annum of the debt value, plus out of pocket expenses.
11. If animals are boarded for more than two weeks or for an indefinite period. 50% of the boarding fee must be paid in advance.
12. The owner agrees to pay the rate for boarding that is in effect on the day the animal is checked into Home for the Paws . as advertised in the price list displayed in the kennel office.
13. The fully booked period will be charged during school holidays irrespective of late drop-off or early collection of animal(s) - the period can be extended at the discretion of Home for the Paws if desired but not shortened.
14. A non refundable deposit may be requested by Home for the Paws  for stays during peak periods ie Christmas, Easter .
15. The owner agrees to be solely responsible for any and all things done by the animal(s) how so ever resulting, while the animal(s) is in the care of, or being transported by, or being directly supervised by Home for the Paws , its employees and agents. The owner will pay to Home for the Paws  all expenses of, and for, any liability incurred by Home for the Paws by reason of the animal(s) nature, temperament, behaviour or actions while the animal(s) is in the care of, or being transported by, or being directly supervised by Home for the Paws , its employees and agents, including any cost loss and expense arising out of financial liability resulting from the nature, temperament, behaviour or actions of the animal.
16. The owner releases Home for the Paws , its employees and agents from all liability for injury, death, loss or damage of any kind whatsoever that may occur to the animal(s) while in the care of, or being transported by, or being directly supervised by Home for the Paws , its employees and agents.
17. By signing this contract and leaving their animal(s) with Home for the Paws the owner acknowledges that they have read the conditionsof the contract and warrants the accuracy of all information given on the form. The owner acknowledges that signing the contract creates a lien over the animal(s) in favour of Home for the Paws  which lien shall continue to exist whilst ever monies are owing pursuant to the contract.
18. Times for pick up and drop off are listed below for your convenience.

MONDAY TO SATURDAY ( 8:00am – 11:00am & 3:00pm – 4:00pm )

SUNDAY ( 4:00pm – 5:00pm ) NSW Daylight Savings Time zone

Closed to the public. Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day
